ABOUT Jonathan began playing guitar at 12 years old, and since then has hardly skipped a day of practice, continuing to use the guitar as a means understanding music and how people use it to express themselves and communicate. Jonathan is a very active performer and practioner of many styles of music. This versatility served him growing up the Chicago metropolitan area, where he played in a variety of working bands gaining valuable professional experience in Jazz (and many of it's subgenres), Blues, Pop and Rock. He also enjoys writing songs and composing original music, blending many styles in an effort to forge new sounds. "The more I know, the less I know!" For Jonathan, music is a lifelong endeavor, and the more he learns about music, the more he realizes how much more there is learn. To this day, Jonathan is an avid practicioner and explorer of music. He believes that the more he knows about music, the more he learns about himself and the world around him. Jonathan is currently continuing his work and scholarly research in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
